Twinkl Phonics

Here at Alkrington Primary school, we follow Twinkl Phonics,  a DfE validated full systematic, synthetic phonics programme that supports the delivery of phonics teaching to children from the very beginning of learning up to reading and writing with full fluency. Below is a helpful breakdown of the terminology and sequence of learning you can expect your child to experience. 

Practise your Levels 2-6 pure sounds and actions with these demonstration videos. They include all the mnemonics (visual prompts) found in Levels 2-6 of Twinkl Phonics.
